Kristen Fossum Graphic Design

This calendar is based on the idea that time is a blank slate and, more specifically, linked to the concept of the tabula rasa – the theory that personality traits are gained through life experience. The design allows the user’s future to unfold day by day, by opening small doors. Type is set vertically in Gill Sans to evoke the sense of using hash marks to count the days on the blank slate, further reinforcing the concept.
